Dear colleagues, In Southeast Asia, numerous world-class projects are in the pipeline, including IDD 2nd Stage and Abadi in Indonesia, Kasawari in Malaysia and Block B in Vietnam. Geographically, the Rakhine basin in Myanmar has been something of a bright spot for new frontiers, and has seen significant investment in both exploratory drilling and onshore infrastructure. In total, the region has 49 crude and natural gas projects expected to start operations in six countries from 2018 to 2025. More projects will be discussed at Deep Offshore Southeast Asia Congress 2019. |
