CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Greenline Financial Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of electronic trading marketplace solutions, today announced the appointment of Phill Jeffrey as Head of Asia. Mr. Jeffrey will be responsible for Greenline's operations in Asia and its continued expansion across the region. Mr. Jeffrey is based in Greenline's Hong Kong office.

Mr. Jeffrey brings over 12 years of experience within the electronic trading arena. He joins from ULLINK, where he was a board member and equity holder, having initially joined the firm in Paris as the primary business developer, and helping to establish and grow the organization across Europe. From there he moved to Asia as Managing Director to set up, manage and grow the operations in Hong Kong, Tokyo and Australia. Mr. Jeffrey holds a BA Honors in Business & Marketing from the University of Greenwich, London, UK.
