Premier Event for China's Venture Capital and Private Equity Industries

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ROTH Capital Partners, www.roth.com, an investment bank recognized for providing financing and advisory services to emerging growth companies, today announced that it will co-host the ROTH Capital - ChinaVenture Investment Conference in Beijing, China on Oct. 26-27, 2011 with ChinaVenture, one of the leading information and data providers in the private equity ("PE") arena. The event will be held at the JW Marriott Hotel on 83 Jian Guo Road, China Central Place, Chaoyang District, Beijing.

The theme of this fifth annual conference is "Value Discovery After an Extraordinary Influx of Capital". At the conference more than 600 participants, consisting of private equity and venture capital professionals and members of Chinese company management, will have the opportunity to share perspectives on the latest developments and prospects of the Chinese PE market.

The event includes keynote sessions and panel discussions on topics such as: the ultimate direction of China's PE industry, uncovering real investment value in different industries, and highly efficient investment strategies in PE. In a pre-event awards ceremony on Oct. 26, a list of top 100 growth firms of the year will be released. Keynote presentations will be given by ROTH Capital, ChinaVenture, Hony Capital, Primavera Capital, Sequoia Capital, SAIF Partners, Legend Capital, IDG, Fountainvest, NLVC and Lenovo Capital, among others. Highlighted afternoon industry sessions will discuss China's growing TMT, consumer, cleantech, education, and information technology sectors.
