Local Team to Service Growing Customer Base in Asia Pacific Region

Headed up by Alun Carp, Abiquo's Melbourne-based director of customer support, the new center will service Abiquo's growing customer and partner base throughout the Asia Pacific region, not only providing local time zone support for customers in China, Japan and Australia, but also in conjunction with Abiquo's support centers in the U.S. and Europe, allowing 24-hour "follow the sun" customer support without requiring duty staff to be on-call outside of normal business hours.
