Little (ADL), the leading global management consultancy, linking strategy, technology and innovation, is pleased to announce that Jian Xu has joined the firm as its new Managing Director for ADL China. He has more than 15 years of strategic consulting experience, most recently serving as VP of an European OEM's China Holding where he was responsible for developing the turn-around as well as growth strategy while safe-guiding their implementation.

Key strategic consulting projects in this field that Jian has been involved with before taking up his new post at ADL include the Formula 1 Circuit Shanghai, Expo Shanghai 2010, leading Japanese and American OEMs.
Jian holds an MBA (Dipl.-Wirt.-Ing.) from Pforzheim Business School and a Masters in Electrical Engineering (Dipl.-Ing.) from the University of Stuttgart.
