Starr Companies announced today that Ed Navarro has been appointed Head of its International Insurance Operations.

Mr. Navarro is an accomplished Global Executive with considerable experience leading insurance organizations around the world. A well-recognized Executive in Latin America, Asia and in Europe, Mr. Navarro will drive Starr's expansion for all areas outside of the United States.

Mr. Navarro will be supported by Steve Blakey who will also continue to lead the organization's operation in London as well as continue to lead the Global Aviation insurance practice.
