Network Management Solution Now Available in 9 Languages

LEXINGTON, Mass. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) --

Ipswitch Inc.'s Network Management Division, developer of the WhatsUp Gold suite of innovative IT management solutions, today announced the availability of a new language pack for WhatsUp Gold v15. The language pack, which is available now to download at no additional cost, allows users to access the web interface in one of nine languages thus making it even easier for customers worldwide to monitor and manage their infrastructure with WhatsUp Gold.

The WhatsUp Gold v15 Language Pack provides all the data needed to add languages to the web interface language library and configure users to view the interface in their native language. The nine languages currently available are French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Japanese and Traditional and Simplified Chinese. After installation, users simply add the languages they want to the WhatsUp Gold language library and select their preferred language as part of the user account settings in the web interface. This allows different users to have an interface in different languages on the same WhatsUp Gold implementation.

"While our software is very intuitive and easy to deploy, there is no denying that it is more comfortable to use a product when the interface is in your own language. By introducing the WhatsUp Gold Language Pack, we are enabling international customers to further leverage existing talent without limitation of language barriers," said Alessandro Porro, VP of international sales at the Ipswitch Network Management Division.

WhatsUp Gold v15 was released in June 2011 with significant enhancements and additions, making IT monitoring and management faster, simpler and more secure. WhatsUp Gold v15 delivers an optimal user experience and allows IT professionals to have complete protection and control over their IT environments. With this release, which was designed based on customer input, network administrators and engineers can discover, map and monitor their network devices, log files and flows from a single console, with a user-friendly, single-click methodology.

The download and complete installation and configuration instructions for the WhatsUp Gold v15 Language Pack are available here.
