TOKYO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- We would like to announce that for the 73rd Tokyo International Gift Show Spring 2012 (from Wednesday February 8th to Friday the 10th at Tokyo Big Sight), total 67 small and medium enterprises are going to participate with the aim to enhance their businesses with China and other foreign companies at SME Support Japan's business internationalization support zone "EN-musubi Zone."
At "En-musubi Zone", Japanese companies, who are strongly determined to expand their business in overseas even though many of them are struggling due to the earthquake in March 2011 and appreciating yen, will present their original and high-quality products and techniques to international visitors.
There will be selected technologies and ideas developed through combinations of Japanese tradition with the latest technique and modern senses. For example, a beautifully-finished "iPhone case" made with Urushi (lacquer), one of the very popular Japanese traditional craft, "Wooden kick-bike" made with Mage-ki technique that is traditional wood processing technique using heat, humidity and pressure, and "LED mood lump" with traditional patterned dying effect.
Translators for Chinese and English as well as guidebooks of exhibiting companies and their products both in Chinese and English will be available for foreign visitors' convenience. In addition, international buyers who visit the zone will receive small gifts. We will be waiting for your visit.
