JASPER, Ind.--()--Kimball Electronics Group has been named recipient of the 2011 “Excellent Supplier Award” by BWI Group, an automotive electronics assembly supplier focusing on brake and suspension systems for passenger vehicles. The award was recently announced and presented to Kimball management during the annual BWI Supplier Day meeting in Shanghai. The BWI Excellent Supplier Award is based on manufacturing and delivery performance of the supplier. Kimball Electronics Group supplies electronic assemblies to BWI Group, headquartered in Beijing, China, from its Kimball Electronics-China facility, located in Nanjing.

Kimball has demonstrated the capability to adapt to the changing market in the two years since the project launched in 2010.”
