Offers mobile and tablet app for monitoring e-business metrics on the go

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Digital River, Inc. (NASDAQ: DRIV), the revenue growth experts in global cloud commerce, introduced 360 Dashboards, an advanced reporting analytics system for its Global Commerce and Commerce Express solutions. Using an intuitive and highly interactive interface, the dashboards display important business metrics to give online merchants unmatched insight into customer lifetime value as well as online marketing campaign results and site performance trends. Armed with actionable data on online store sales, close rates, shopper recency and frequency, revenue per visitor, and more, online commerce managers are now more fully equipped to drive customer retention and revenue.

“Gaining access to the right e-business metrics and acting on them can tremendously boost incremental revenue. The challenge is that while most online merchants have access to a good standard set of performance metrics they lack the full-picture view of their business at the customer level,” said Joel Ronning, Digital River’s CEO. “Merchants that can operate at this deeper level are at a competitive advantage when it comes to transforming and accelerating growth across an online business. We believe our 360 Dashboards offer businesses an unmatched level of actionable commerce data that starts with the buyer so they can better assess customer lifetime value and predict shopper engagement.”

Through the 360 Dashboards, Digital River’s Global Commerce and Commerce Express clients can explore aggregated business metrics and site activities in a single view to make necessary changes with speed. The dashboards address site performance areas, including:

  • Customer lifetime value: Monitor a customer’s activity based on recency, frequency and monetary value. With these unique insights, businesses can better map and predict shopper engagement.
  • Marketing: Analyze and compare the success of multiple online marketing campaigns and engagements, including bid management, behavioral merchandising and promotional activities.
  • Site trends: View key revenue performance indicators for an immediate snapshot of overall site performance trends. The dashboard displays the most important metrics and graphs for efficient global store management.

To further optimize its 360 Dashboards, Digital River recently introduced a mobile and tablet app, which enables clients to easily monitor their online store performance metrics. Digital River’s interactive app displays site trend reports and graphs. The company expects to launch additional mobile apps in 2012.
