City e-Solutions Limited Enters Joint Venture with Whiteboard Labs

HONG KONG--(BUSINESS WIRE)--City e-Solutions Limited (557: HKSE), a Hong Kong Stock Exchange-listed investment holding company, today announced that its hospitality-related services subsidiary, SWAN USA Inc., entered into a joint venture with Whiteboard Labs, LLC, a leading international travel industry CRS (Central Reservation System) and application development firm that specializes in improving top-line revenues for hotels.

Under the agreement, all of Whiteboard’s assets and products, research and development and patents, as well as its facilities and staff in Shanghai, China, and Houston and Austin, Texas will become part of Sceptre Hospitality Resources, LLC, a joint venture between SWAN USA and Whiteboard. Earlier in the year, Sceptre, then a separate subsidiary owned by SWAN USA, announced that its 620 hotels will utilize Whiteboard Labs’ Windsurfer CRS platform. With this transaction, Sceptre now is a direct provider of those CRS resources.
