SINGAPORE--()--Yardi Systems, one of the leading global developers of real estate software for investment, asset and property management, has announced that Cambridge Industrial Trust (CIT) has selected Yardi Voyager™ as their property and financial management platform.

CIT, Singapore’s first independent industrial real estate investment trust (REIT), is one of the largest industrial REIT’s in the region. The integrated nature of the Voyager platform will allow CIT to move away from a number of standalone applications and use one platform for property and lease management, financial management, capital projects and asset management. The company will be implementing Yardi Voyager (Version 7.0) with Yardi’s Job Costing and Advanced Budgeting modules.
