Agreement Reached on Capital Contribution to Operating Company, PT. Go Online Destinations

Go Online Destinations (Headquarters: Jakarta, Republic of Indonesia; CEO: Davy Makimian), an operator of accommodation reservation websites in Indonesia, to today launch 'PegiPegi' (http://www.pegipegi.com), an accommodation reservation website for domestic Indonesia.
Further, through its subsidiary, Recruit Global Incubation Partners Co., Ltd., RECRUIT entered an agreement to contribute capital to PT. Go Online Destinations, along with PT. Alternative Media Group (Headquarters: Jakarta, Republic of Indonesia; CEO: Davy Makimian; hereafter "AMG") and PT. ALTAVINDO (Headquarters: Jakarta, Republic of Indonesia; CEO: Kevin Yaphon Sanjoto).
1. Overview of 'PegiPegi'
'PegiPegi' is a website operated by PT. Go Online Destinations where users can make online accommodation reservations in Indonesia.
RECRUIT licensed system technologies to PT. Go Online Destinations and plans to contribute capital to the company through its subsidiary, Recruit Global Incubation Partners Co., Ltd. Along with future joint shareholders AMG, which operates a digital signage business in Indonesia and PT. ALTAVINDO, which provides payment settlement services, RECRUIT aims to establish the largest accommodation reservation website in Indonesia, leveraging its strengths in attracting customers, systems and sales.
2. Background behind the launch of 'PegiPegi,' and the contribution of capital to PT. Go Online Destinations
Indonesia has the fourth largest population in the world (240 million people), boasts the highest GDP of the ASEAN countries, and even today continues to show stable economic growth every year of the magnitude of around 6%.
