TAIPEI, Taiwan & PORTLAND, Ore.--()--Fresco Logic, a global fabless semi-conductor company that develops and markets advanced connectivity solutions, today announced its first USB-Display device controller silicon, the FL2000. The announcement was accompanied by a live demo of the device providing Full HD display content to a 2nd monitor with a seamless and high quality user experience at Computex 2012 Taipei. FL2000 is the world’s first USB Audio/Video class device controller, conforming to the USB-IF’s recently released A/V Device class Specification.
