)--Williams Lea, the global provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Marketing Services, announces the appointment of Lesley Lindberg as Chief Marketing Officer. This newly created role will focus on driving the Group’s brand and marketing strategies across the globe.Lesley brings near to 20 years of strategic brand and marketing experience to the Company having previously held senior marketing roles at Hertz, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and most recently, Paperlinx, where she was responsible for marketing strategy, brand management, innovation, E-business and sustainability.
In her new role, Lesley will lead the Group’s marketing function which is critical in driving accelerated growth in this dynamic, customer led business. Her focus will be on leading Williams Lea’s Group brand strategy, proposition development and on optimising the client engagement experience across the globe. She will also support the identification of potential business partners, sales channels and acquisitions relevant for existing and future business opportunities.
