Leading I/O consolidation provider's second OEM deal allows top Chinese server manufacturer to offer top-of-rack solution for improved data center efficiency

NextIO, a leader in I/O consolidation and virtualization solutions, and Sugon, a leading manufacturer of IT technology, today announced an agreement for Sugon to include NextIO's vNET I/O Maestro appliance as part of its product portfolio. This agreement - the second OEM relationship NextIO has announced since June - will enable Sugon to deliver simplified I/O management and virtualization options to companies and organizations throughout China.
Sugon was founded in 1995, and has become one of China's leading providers of servers, storage, security, high performance computing and cloud computing solutions. According to a recent Gartner announcement, Gartner Says Asia Pacific Server Shipments Grew 15.7 Percent in Fourth Quarter of 2011, "Server shipments to China were up 27 percent from the fourth quarter of 2010 and revenue increased 17 percent year on year."
