NEW YORK--()--The Valence Group, the world's largest chemicals and materials investment banking boutique, has hired Alex Khutorsky as Managing Director. Alex, who will be based in the firm's New York office, brings extensive senior-level M&A experience across a range of industrial sectors, including chemicals and mining & metals.
Alex has over 15 years of experience and $75 billion of announced transactions as an M&A investment banker, including senior positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Dahlman Rose. He was most recently interim CEO of Meadow Bay Gold, a publicly traded company. He began his career as an attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell where he practiced corporate law, with a focus on M&A.
