TOKYO--()--Tokyu Livable, Inc. announces the launch of a newsletter aimed at foreign investors and the redesign of our English-language homepage as part of a plan to promote our global strategy.
The company's Business Solutions Head Office, responsible for the development of real estate investment services, organized an overseas sales division in April 2011, and a subsidiary in Shanghai in February 2012 for the purpose of expanding business opportunities with the rapidly growing investor base in the East Asian region. In addition, as part of the company's global expansion strategy, the Global Business Development unit ("GBD") was established in April of last year. GBD is a new team providing investors from English-speaking nations in Europe and North America a direct point of access to Tokyu Livable's real estate investment services.
The delivery of this newsletter is just one of GBD's services. By periodically providing information about the low-transparency Japanese real estate market to overseas readers, our goal is to provide foreign investors with a better understanding of the Japanese market. On Friday, February 8th, of this year, we delivered our first issue to institutional investors and real estate professionals located primarily in the U.S., Singapore and Hong Kong. To expand our network, we will take advantage of overseas real estate media organizations and provide monthly updates on the Japanese real estate market to a global audience.
Our English homepage, set up for institutional investors from Europe, the U.S. and other English-speaking regions, has also been completely renewed as of Thursday, February 28th. The revitalized English homepage content is organized into four sections, highlighting Our Services, Our Unit, Our Company and Our Group Network. Our web content is intended to provide detailed insight into our company, including information on services provided by GBD and profiles of key team members.
Our company will continue to meet the diverse needs of domestic and foreign investors, continually improving the level of service we provide through the application of the latest information on the Japanese real estate markets.
