PREDMERICE NAD LABEM, Czech Republic--(BUSINESS WIRE)--J4, the biggest Czech band baking oven company and one of the dominant global producers of band baking ovens and lines, has found success in type PPP marked PRO FUTURO range.
Investment and development into innovative high capacity baking technology was the right way forward, supported by the global development in this field which was not deterred by the world financial crisis. The company J4 started to produce these new types of ovens in 2008.
"We made a bet on a verified way of continuous baking. Ovens of this type have proved durability for 30+ years with low service and maintenance costs," says Josef Mázl, a company secretary. According to Mázl, small bakeries offering various specialities and high capacity bakeries with high productivity lines can survive the current crisis. Even some big shopping chains buy their own ovens because they are not satisfied with prices of suppliers from middle-size bakeries any more.
The biggest advantages of the PRO FUTURO lines and ovens can be found in their unattended operation, the use of the patented technology STIR, which reduces baking time of up to 30%, increases freshness and durability of products, decreases moisture removal by up to 2%, and last but not least, reduces the use of "improving" agents which increase the price of products.
Lines of PRO FUTURO ovens are equipped with the Siemens control system, which, for example, is able to deal with waste heat utilisation and allows the user to enter up to 48 various recipes. This highly sophisticated baking technology has been popularized in Europe, Asia and both Americas.
"The majority of our production is exported. Concerning PRO FUTURO technology, though it presents higher initial costs these are in several years quickly returned in savings on production, energy and labour costs. Therefore we decided to provide longer four-year warranty," concludes Mázl.
