DUBAI, United Arab Emirates--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Microsoft Gulf today announced that technology fans in the Middle East will receive a sneak preview of its latest operating system, Windows 7, that will run on new PCs at GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK and GITEX Shopper & Consumer Electronics Expo in Dubai.
The new desktop operating system will be demoed five days prior to the global launch that is scheduled to take place on 22 October, 2009. Visitors will also be able to buy Windows 7 pre-loaded onto laptops at GITEX Shopper.
