LONDON & NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jefferies today announced the appointment of Peter "Henry" Hale as a Senior Vice President and Head of Asian Convertible Bond Trading. He will be based in London.

Mr. Hale will be responsible for all Asian convertible bond trading within the firm's broader team of 22 sales and trading professionals dedicated to international convertible bonds in London, Zurich and New York.

Mr. Hale joins Jefferies from J.P. Morgan, where he worked for 6 years and was most recently a Managing Director and Head of Asia Pacific Convertible Bonds. Previously, he was with Augustus Asset Managers Ltd (formerly Julius Baer Investments), where he was a portfolio manager for that firm's convertible bond and high yield hedge fund.
