HONG KONG & TAIPEI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Boyden, a global leader in executive search with more than 65 offices in over 40 countries, today announced a new leadership team for its Greater China operations focused on practise specialisation to meet client needs and in response to market expansion.

Boyden’s Greater China team to begin on April 1 will be led by William Farrell, a global Board Member and Managing Director of Boyden Taiwan. He is joined by Jed Van Voorhis, as Managing Director of Boyden Taiwan, and Ami Bhatt Hardy, serving as Managing Director of Boyden Hong Kong and Greater China.

William Farrell: Mr Farrell manages client relationships with the world’s largest financial services companies operating in Greater China. He also works closely with clients in the board services, consumer products and human resources sectors. He is a recipient of the Asia/Pacific Sidney Boyden Award, the Boyden Spirit Award and the Board of Directors Award for distinguished service. He is a fluent Mandarin speaker, a US citizen and has resided in Taiwan since 1987.

Ami Bhatt Hardy: Ms Bhatt Hardy has served as Managing Director with Boyden based in Hong Kong and Mainland China since 2009. She is a leading client consultant for consumer goods, retail and media/entertainment practices, though she’s also actively involved in industrial and healthcare sector areas. Prior to Boyden, she served two years at a global boutique and 16 years at another leading global executive search firm as a Senior Client Partner. Ms Bhatt Hardy was born and raised in Hong Kong.

Jed Van Voorhis: Mr Van Voorhis brings more than 10 years executive search experience in technology, electronic supply chain, life sciences & healthcare and consumer products. His client base ranges from start-up organisations to Fortune 500 companies, where he has recruited presidents, country managers, chief technology officers and other C-level executives. Prior to joining Boyden in 2003, Mr Van Voorhis was the Greater China Director for another leading executive search firm. He is fluent in Mandarin and a US citizen.
