BRANFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Due to a recent sale of UK business, ACW Technology & ACW International have a large range of high quality surplus assets to be sold at auction. ACW has been a leading electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider for 23 years, manufacturing complete complex electronics products in the UK, China and the US. All plant and machinery for sale has been used to manufacture products and maintained by ACW. The Branford Group, a recognized leader in surplus industrial machinery, equipment auctions and valuations, will conduct the two online auctions.

The Southampton, UK online auction will open for bidding on May 7 and close May 8, 2013. UK assets for sale include Panasonic MV2F and MPAV2 placement systems, numerous feeders, DEK screen printers, reflow ovens, line loaders, unloaders and conveyors. The Zhuhai, Guangdong, South China online auction opens June 3 and closes June 5, 2013. Assets include complete, recent PCB assembly lines plus stand-alone machines and equipment and many contents of the 48,000 sq. ft. factory. Of real interest will be Europlacer SMT machines, purchased new in 2010, high specification X-ray and in line selective solder. Bidders are welcome to inspect the assets on May 22 and 23 at the Zhuhai Facility and browse the equipment lists, photographs and videos online.

These scheduled auctions follow a successful sale by The Branford Group of ACW’s high quality manufacturing equipment from ACW’s Durham, North Carolina, US facility closure.
