AllGo Systems announces Intelligent Video Analytics on TI Multicore DSPs

Demo at CPSE to showcase multi-channel multi-feature AllGoVisionTM Video Analytics for NVR and DVR markets

SHENZHEN, China--()--AllGo Systems today announced the availability of AllGoVision video analytics software on TMS320C667x multicore DSP from Texas Instruments (TI). The implementation will be demonstrated at the China Public Security Expo (CPSE) in Shenzhen, Oct 29 – Nov 1, 2013 at TI booth #6B09. AllGoVision analytics running on TI’s C667x DSP enables Security OEMs to add advanced multi-channel, multi-feature video analytics to NVR and DVR products.

AllGoVision is an enterprise grade, deployment proven video analytics. It is deployed in mission critical installations in HongKong, China, Singapore and India for transportation, oil&gas, critical infrastructure, commercial and retail for security and business intelligence applications. AllGoVision uses advanced algorithms for object detection and tracking. It handles crowd and occlusion for real time accurate detection of incidences for enhanced monitoring. AllGoVision provides open platform framework to easily integrate with different video management software for NVR and DVR.

AllGoVision video analytics on TI’s C667x DSP is scalable to 100+ channels and provides 10+ analytic features simultaneously. Using the C667x solution from TI enables 50% reduction in power and cost per channel compared to x86. The solution is currently demonstrated on Advantech DSPC8681/DSPC8682 PCIe cards.

Demonstration includes Intrusion detection, suspicious incidences and counting features on eight C667x cores with capability to run multiple channels and multiple features in each core.
