AMSTERDAM & SALO, Finland--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GyPSii, a leading mobile lifestyle and social networking application announced today its partnership with China Unicom to launch the new consumer-focused 3G mobile lifestyle service – Unispace powered by GyPSii, for iPhone customers offered via Shanghai Unicom. The Chinese mobile phone market with approximately 687 million subscribers nationwide is currently the largest untapped market for the iPhone. When compared to the 270 million subscribers in the U.S., entry into the Chinese market could signal significant adoption rates. Unispace powered by GyPSii distributed on-deck via iPhone, further expands the relationship with China Unicom, already in place with the rapidly growing Unispace brand.
