EDISON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--J.M. Huber Corporation (“Huber”) announced that it will hold a conference call to discuss third quarter 2013 financial results on Thursday November 21, at 11:00 AM ET.
Pursuant to the indenture dated as of November 1, 2011, between Huber and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Trustee, relating to Huber’s 9.875% Senior Notes due 2019 (the “Notes”), access to the conference call is limited to the following:

| (b) | Prospective investors who have certified to Huber that they are Qualified Institutional Buyers (as defined in Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933); | ||||||
| (c) | Securities analysts who have certified to Huber that they are reputable securities analysts who regularly cover or intend to cover Huber and the Notes; and | ||||||
| (d) | market makers who have certified to Huber that they are reputable market makers who regularly make or intend to make a market in the Notes | ||||||
Huber will post specific instructions on how to access the November 21, 2013 conference call on the Huber secure SyndTrak investor website, which can only be accessed by qualified users.
