LAS VEGAS--()--The $1.3 Billion privately-funded, All Net Arena and Resort (official name to be determined), is scheduled to break ground in spring of 2014 with a planned opening in December of 2016. The complex will be located on the Las Vegas strip, between SLS Las Vegas Hotel Casino and the Fontainebleau.

The unique World Class Arena, the shining star of the development, has four levels, a total of 862,500 sq. ft., and a retractable roof. Seating capacity will include 22,000 for basketball, 21,600 for hockey, boxing and rodeo, and 22,800 for concerts and conventions. Also featured: a classic restaurant and night club. A total of 75 Luxury box/suites (25, 1000-sq. ft. executive suites and 50, 500-sq. ft. corporate suites) provide exclusive V.I.P. access to the arena through a private entrance with valet parking. The concept elevates the arena to a peerless class level to attract events only a venue of this quality can accommodate.

Victory Plaza, a 300,000 sq. ft. promenade will lead visitors from Las Vegas Boulevard through lush landscaping, fine dining and retail; as well as outdoor seating, staging and water features. The Plaza is designed to change design themes for specific events, activities, holidays and celebrations.

The 27-acre resort is enhanced by a luxurious boutique Five Star Spa Hotel with 500 specialty suites; each indulgent, with a private area for in-room spa and salon services. The hotel will house an elegant restaurant with private lounge, an exquisite wedding chapel and reception area, specialty clothing and jewelry boutiques, and a full service spa and salon.

Mr. Robinson’s unique and diversified background as a businessman, former UNLV and NBA player and previous professional basketball team owner of The Las Vegas Bandits, provides the leadership for a venue that will meet the highest sports, entertainment, culinary and accommodation standards.

Renowned Economist, Dr. Michael K. Evans of Evans, Carroll & Associates, has concluded in an economic study that more than 19,000 construction, arena and hotel operation jobs will be created, bringing the interest and support of the United States Department of Commerce/Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) of which Mr. Robinson is a client. Project architect is the Cunningham Group Architecture, Inc., an international firm headquartered in Minneapolis, with key offices in Las Vegas, five other U.S. cities, Seoul and Beijing.
