NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pelican Point Capital Partners, LLC., announces the appointment of Gene Shen as Senior Adviser to its board. Gene is the Chairman of China Bridge Ventures, a Shanghai-based advisory firm focused on delivering a strategic approach to accessing the Chinese markets for its global clientele.
Gene has held various positions in his career, including as former Vice-Chairman of the Options Group, a global leader in Financial Services Executive search with a particular focus on global banks, private equity and investment managers. Prior to this, Gene was President at AT Kearney Executive Search and a Managing Director of the Whitney Group, where he also was focused on executive search and strategic consulting within the Financial Services industry. These various appointments have allowed Gene to develop a global network of financiers, bankers, investors and entrepreneurs that couple his incredible business acumen.
