NEW YORK--()--Management consulting firm Kurt Salmon is pleased to announce two regional leadership changes that will support greater growth, enhance global reach and continue to build on Kurt Salmon’s core strengths in delivering business transformation. Effective Jan. 1, 2015, Brooks Kitchel will become managing partner for North America, a role he accepted in addition to his global responsibilities for Kurt Salmon’s Retail and Consumer Group. Madison Riley will transition from his role as managing partner for North America to managing partner of the Asia Pacific business.

As managing partner for North America, Brooks Kitchel will work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute an ambitious growth plan. Named one of Consulting magazine’s Top 25 Consultants for Client Service and Leadership in 2009, Kitchel brings to the practice his impressive talent, business development expertise and leadership skills to accelerate Kurt Salmon’s growth dynamics across its four practices.

“Brooks’ experience in both growing businesses and achieving and refining strategic focus—all while keeping a close eye on the bottom line—is unmatched,” said Chiheb Mahjoub, chief executive officer of Kurt Salmon. “The North America leadership team plans to leverage his expertise to grow the practice and expand Kurt Salmon’s reach, helping clients to make strategic, operational and technology decisions to achieve tangible and meaningful results.”

With 24 years of experience at Kurt Salmon, Madison Riley has held a variety of leadership roles, including managing partner of North America and of the Retail and Consumer Group, shepherding the division through some of its toughest market conditions and delivering its periods of strongest performance. He is a close advisor to many major clients and has been a key member of the Global Retail and Consumer Group leadership team and executive committee.

“Madison exemplifies the hallmarks of Kurt Salmon, including that of a trusted advisor to our clients, unwavering values and a genuine passion for his colleagues,” Mahjoub said. “We’re thrilled about the tremendous value he will bring to the Asia Pacific leadership team, helping to develop regional transition and strategic growth plans for the Retail and Consumer and Global Financial Services groups.”

With this impressive global leadership team in place, Kurt Salmon looks forward to pursuing new directions to foster success in 2015 and beyond.
