Equiom Group, a leading international independent trust and corporate services provider, has successfully completed the acquisition of the renowned, Hong Kong based, fiduciary and tax services provider, the AFP Group. AFP Group's CEO, Roddy Sage and Managing Director, Debby Davidson and their team of over 30 professionals have joined the Equiom Group as part of the integration.
Equiom evolved out of the Ernst & Young Trust Company on the Isle of Man andoffers a wide range of professional services, including traditional trust and corporate services, tax, yachting, aviation, e-business, shipping and residential and commercial property services.
AFP Global's integration into the Equiom Group, aligns with Equiom's international strategy, that has seen growth to over 300 experts and professionals and expand from its headquarters in the Isle of Man, to Jersey, Malta, Guernsey and now Hong Kong.
