PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, the Open Interconnect Consortium, Inc. (OIC) announced the addition of 25 new member organizations thus far in 2015. These companies and nonprofits hail from regions around the world including Greater China, South Korea, North America, Western Europe and the Middle East. They offer products and services in a variety of sectors ranging from energy and engineering to gaming and education. In addition, OIC welcomed a new executive director, Mike Richmond, who has held an array of product marketing and business management leadership roles at Intel Corporation since 1981.
