Mr Payne is a seasoned financial services professional with more than 10 years experience working with buy- and sell-side institutions in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Most recently Mr Payne was employed by RiskMetrics Group as head of business and strategy for the EMEA region. He is tasked with expanding Lake Isle’s leading advisory services among the European issuer base. Mr. Payne, who will be based in Lake Isle’s London office, will also advise U.S. and non-European clients
