HONG KONG--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ozner Water International Holding Limited (“Ozner Water” or “the Company”, HKEx stock code: 2014, and its subsidiaries collectively the “Group”) is pleased to announce that, the Group has incorporated an indirect non wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Haoyou Information Technology Limited (‘‘Shanghai Haoyou’’), in PRC to provide household electrical appliances repair and maintenance services as well as household value-added services to the Group’s water purifiers customers. Shanghai Haoyou will also provide installation and maintenance services to water purifier’s manufactures and distributors of other brands of the Group’s selection.
The business scope of Shanghai Haoyou will include the installation, repair, maintenance, technical consultation and sales of household electrical appliances and other household goods; research and development, installation, testing of water treatment equipment, air sanitization equipment and environmental protection equipment; leasing of self-owned equipment, logistics and supply chain management. The total registered capital of Shanghai Haoyou is RMB 50million which will be contributed as to 51% by an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, Shanghai Haoze Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. and as to 49% by Shanghai Haoyou Corporate Management Co., Ltd.
