Startup World Cup will host regional events in Indonesia, Japan, India, Taiwan, China, Israel, Australia, Germany, Chile, and the US (Boston & Silicon Valley) where the finalist of each competition will compete at the Grand Finale in Silicon Valley USA on March 24th, 2017. The Startup World Cup Champion will be awarded with US $1,000,000 in investment.

Startup World Cup plans to hold 11 regional events and will work with distinguished regional partners in local startup ecosystems. The regional champions will come to Silicon Valley, and compete for the grand prize of US $1,000,000 in front of a distinguished judging panel, including Eric Feng of Kleiner Perkins, David Cohen of Techstars, and Kevin Hale of Y Combinator. Additional judges will be disclosed at a later time.
