TOKYO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HI CORPORATION (JASDAQ:3846)(ISIN:JP3160860007)(Headquarters: Meguro-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kazuo Kawabata hereinafter "HI") entered into a contract sales agreement with Aplix Corporation (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, Chairman & CEO: Ryu Koriyama hereinafter "Aplix") for HI's real-time 3D rendering engines MascotCapsule V3 and MascotCapsule V4.

As a result of this agreement, the MascotCapsule series will be embedded into Aplix’s Java platform "JBlend^(TM)"(*1) and will be distributed by Aplix. This solution will enable the reduction of resources costs for separately embedding a 3D rendering engine and Aplix’s Java VM (*2) into a hardware, allowing savings in development time.
