Kilopass Partners with Samsung Electronics' Foundry Business to Offer One-Time Programmable (OTP) Memory

Kilopass Technology, Inc., a leading provider of semiconductor logic non-volatile memory (NVM) intellectual property (IP) today announced that Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd will support Kilopass' one-time programmable (OTP) antifuse memory, XPM^TM, in its foundry business' advanced logic processes. With this licensing agreement, Samsung Foundry's customers now have access to Kilopass' scalable, cost-effective embedded NVM IP solutions for advanced logic processes.
