Mr. Li focuses his practice on capital markets and corporate transactions, including initial public offerings, notes offerings and 144A offerings, private equity investments, public funds, and mergers and acquisitions. Since 2004, Mr. Li has practiced exclusively in China, working on a wide range of cross-border business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment, venture capital investment, and foreign direct investment in Asia. Mr. Li received his B.A. in English from Hunan Teachers University, his M.I.A. from Columbia University, and his J.D. from Pace University. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and in English, he is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
