BAAR, Switzerland--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Julie Shimer, president and CEO of Welch Allyn, together with Alfred Schiller, CEO of Schiller AG, today announced that the two medical device manufacturing companies have forged a new distribution and OEM partnership that will leverage both companies’ strength and expertise in diagnostic cardiology technology, patient monitoring products, and go-to-market channels.
