HAMILTON, Bermuda--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fidelis Insurance Holdings Limited, a global (re)insurance company, headquartered in Bermuda with offices in Ireland and the United Kingdom (the “Company”), announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of an aggregate of 15,000,000 common shares at a price to the public of $14.00 per common share.
