SHANGHAI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--eBaoTech, a leading provider of new generation software and services for global life and general insurance industry, today announced that Dr. Weiliang Le has joined the company as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Dr. Le will report to eBaoTech’s Chief Executive Officer Woody Mo and lead all product research and development related work in the company.

Prior to joining eBaoTech, Dr. Le worked for many years as senior leader of product development in several world leading software companies such as SAP and Business Objects. He was Vice President of Engineering at SAP and Managing Director of Shanghai Development Center, Business Objects. He spent five years in Shanghai setting up SAP Business Objects Shanghai Development Center from scratch and developed it into a successful operation. Dr. Le holds a Ph.D. from Xian Jiaotong University in China.
