Kinghero AG opens first day of trading in the Entry Standard
FRANKFURT/Main, Germany--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kinghero AG (DE000A0XFMW8), the German Holding Company of the Chinese Kinghero Group, today celebrated its IPO and opened for continuous trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The IPO raised 15 million euros in gross proceeds. The issue price was 15.00 euros, and the first trading price stood at 15.00 euros.
Kinghero Group is mainly active in the Peoples Republic of China (PRC). It designs and manufactures apparel for the growing urban middleclass in China. Kingheros AG’s registered office is in Munich, Germany. Mr Zhang Yu, Chief Executive Officer of Kinghero Group, said, “We are very excited that Kinghero has reached a major milestone in the company’s history. The proceeds of the issue are to be used for further funding of our strong growth. The IPO in Frankfurt will in addition strengthen the European appeal of the Kinghero brand and increase market awareness.”

Entry Standard is a segment within the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. It is particularly attractive for young and established small- and mid-caps. There is no sector focus or restrictions regarding the size of a company.
