How it works:

Customers simply upload pet photograph via the simple upload order form.  Even a photo taken on a mobile phone can be used. After paying, they sit back and wait. The photo comes through and one of the team of skilled portrait artists gets to work creating a hand drawn charcoal masterpiece on fine art paper, which is then sealed and sent by post to the client in a hard tube.
