BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Norkom Technologies today announced that its industry recognized case management solution, Enterprise Investigation Management (EIM), is being incorporated into MasterCard’s Expert Monitoring Solutions fraud management service to help enhance the capabilities MasterCard’s issuing customers currently have in predicting, detecting, and preventing payment card fraud.
In a unique ASP (application service provider) agreement, MasterCard is hosting Norkom’s EIM solution and offer it as a value-added service to its customers to help enhance their fraud management capabilities.
Norkom’s EIM solution enables MasterCard’s customers to view and respond to incidents of fraud by ensuring that they have access to information needed to validate whether or not an incident is truly suspicious. Imbued with rich investigative tools such as in-line browsing and data snapshotting, EIM also has the capabilities to reduce the time required to respond to a case. Plus, its enhanced sophisticated analysis provides MasterCard customers with an even clearer picture of potential fraud activity.
