ITA Global Trust Company Ltd. ("ITA Global Trust"), a subsidiary of ITA International Holdings LLC, today announced that it has been granted a license by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) to carry on Trust Business. The company will provide corporate trust and company management services primarily for residents in Latin America and Asia Pacific. Ian Phillips was recently named President of ITA Global Trust Company. Mr. Phillips has built a network of financial relationships locally and internationally during his 16+ years of experience in the Cayman Islands.
