SYDNEY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Arc Solutions is now the global standard attendant console solution for Cisco’s Unified Communications platforms. This follows last week’s removal of the Cisco Unified Attendant Console software from Cisco’s portfolio and website, for all new Cisco UC deployments.
Further to the original announcement in October 2008 detailing the end-of-life process relating to the Unified Attendant Console, the Cisco console is no longer available to customers deploying Cisco Unified Communications Manager platforms. In its place is a range of solutions developed by Arc to enhance internal productivity and improve customer satisfaction across organisations in all market sectors. Various products are now available to suit a variety of needs, from single-point departmental answering to complex, enterprise-wide operator centres.
