MILAN--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tiscali International Network, the former carrier arm of Tiscali Group and a pure play wholesale carrier business, today announced that its acquisition by BS Private Equity SpA, one of Italy’s largest private equity firms has been completed. Being now independent from Tiscali Group, the company will change its name and will be soon rebranded as “Tinet".

BS Private Equity is committed to Tinet’s successful business model and will continue to support Tinet’s global growth strategy in the wholesale IP and Ethernet markets. In addition, Tinet will enhance its network performance and customer support services, with plans to deploy a third Network Operations Centre (NOC) in the USA.
