The Control 500 Display Wall Processor provides Jupiter's award-winning performance and quality in a cost effective display wall processor. The processor features high speed universal slots and a true, non-blocking Switch Fabric communication infrastructure within its chassis. With at least double the bandwidth found in its competition, the new Control 500 provides more expandability, faster graphics, real time SD/DVI/RGB/HD frame rates, and better overall system performance than anything in its class.
The Control 500's ten universal slots can be populated with:
- Quad or Dual Channel Output Cards;
- Dual Channel DVI/RGB/Component Input Cards; or
- Octal Standard Definition Video Input Cards.
The Control 500 Display Wall Processor is the perfect solution for control room projects requiring high performance and reliability in a low-cost, space-efficient platform. The system incorporates all of the visual data sources found in a control room environment and displays them in freely movable and scalable windows on a virtual display comprised of LCD flat panels, plasma panels, projection cubes or a projection system.
The compact and cost-effective system delivers the power and flexibility customers want. The Control 500's 4U chassis can accommodate more inputs and outputs than competitive products that are twice the size. The system supports resolutions from 640x480 to 1920x1200 and provides color depth of 32 bits per pixel. The Control 500 is easy to use with an intuitive graphical user interface providing easy selection, placement and resizing of windows, as well as saving, modification, and selection of layouts.
