In a landmark partnership, China's largest residential real estate developer, China Vanke Company Limited, has joined with Solís Hotels & Resorts, headed by one of the world's leading luxury hoteliers, Horst Schulze, to introduce the first Solís Hotels & Resorts property to the People's Republic of China.
Today, plans were announced for Solís Vanke Center, Shenzhen, China, a luxury 200-room hotel featuring an international conference center. The project will be completed in two phases, with the conference center opening end of June 2011, followed by the hotel opening during the second quarter of 2012.
